Building Your Permission Based Opt-In List
- Start by creating a list on Emailserving that you want to sync with your web form/bar
- >Choose a web form or a web bar – pick the one that will work best for your website
- Add the fields you would like to include in your webform (Name, Email, Company, etc.)
- Click Generate and copy and paste the code to your website
- When someone subscribes to your list, they will be automatically be added in the system
Importing Your List from XML or CSV
- You can add your existing opt-in list to Emailserving through XML or CSV
- Add from CSV by creating a new list – click on import CSV and follow the wizard
- Add from XML by creating a new list – click on synchronize with XML
- Please ensure that the contacts are 100% permission based
- Type in the URL for your XML feed and click Load
Adding Your List Manually
- You can also add your opt-in list manually
- Add to your list manually by clicking on create from scratch
- Please ensure that the contacts are 100% permission based
Segment Your List Based On Different Fields
- You can target and segment your lists by adding custom fields
- These fields can include (age, address, phone, interest, etc.)
- You can also identify where your contacts are from and separate by country with our Geo-Targeting Feature
