Email Campaign Tracking, Reporting & Monitoring
One of the biggest benefits of using a professional email marketing service such as Emailserving is the tracking and reporting area. When you send out a campaign, Emailserving automatically tracks all your links and put it in a report. The report will tell you how you did on last campaign by giving you detailed information on the following:

Total Sent
This figure represents the total number of emails that was sent for a particular list.
Bounce Rate
This figure represents the total number of emails that was bounced back or undelivered from your list. This can happen for a number of reasons. Some of the reasons include:
- The email no longer exists
- Your client’s inbox is full
- Your client’s ISP has blocked your email
If your email is sent to junk, it does not count as a bounce. To avoid being sent to junk, please request your prospects to add you to their inbox white list.
Total Received
This figure is the total number of emails that was received for a particular campaign. The total received number is your total sent subtracted by total bounce.
Open Rate
This figure represents the total percentage/number of people who had opened your email campaign. For a 100% permission based opt-in list, the open rate should be around 25-30% depending on list category.
Replied Rate
This figure represents the total percentage/number of people who had replied to your email campaign. The average replied rate should be around 1-4% depending on list category. Auto replies count towards your replied rate..
Clicked Rate
This figure represents the total percentage/number of people who had clicked on the links from your email campaign. The average clicked rate should be around 2-4% depending on list category. Emailserving will also identify who had clicked on what link and whether if they had clicked on multiple links.
Geo Information
This information is represented in a pie chat. It will show you the percentage of where your prospects/customers are located by country.
Actual Credits Used
This only applies to prepaid accounts. Monthly subscription users get unlimited sends.
Export Data
All of the above information can be extracted to a CSV file from your Emailserving report. This powerful feature will give you the option of segmenting your list based on country, interests and other categories.
